Our Services
Our Individual Support Plans are built around you, created by our highly trained Support Managers and with full input from you and your family. We offer our care & support services to many individuals, including older people, people with physical disabilities, people with sensory loss (including those with dual sensory impairment), people with mental health issues, people with learning disabilities and people with terminal illnesses.
Care and Support Staff
All our staff have an enhanced DBS, two valid and verified references, above mandatory training and are supervised and quality monitored to ensure the care & support given is safe, caring, responsive, effective and that we, Multi-Care Community Services Ltd, are well-led.
Care and Support, including Live-In
Multi-Care Community Services Ltd provides the solution for those who want to stay in their own homes but have Live-in care, or social needs which means they require support with life activities from care & support staff and/or live-in care staff to be safe and comfortable. By providing highly trained and experienced staff we support people to live as independently as they are able, within their own familiar and reassuring surroundings.
Multi-Care Community Services Ltd believes that dignity, respect, privacy and choice are fundamental rights that clients and service users should expect when receiving care and support. Our Individual Support Plans, including full risk assessments, are built around you. Created by our Support Managers with full input from you and your family: our plan is flexible so we can accommodate your changing needs.
